SIX FIGURE CATALYST SELF STUDY COURSE SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Services Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by member name (the "Student") and SoulWork & Six Figures, Stephanie Heath, D/B/A Asone (the "Course Provider") on the date of payment or acceptance of this Agreement.

  1. Purpose of Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Course Provider will provide the Student with access to a self-study course (the "Course").
  2. Scope of Services. The Course Provider will provide the Student with access to the Course, which includes online course materials, videos, and other resources as specified in the Course description. The Course Provider will not provide any in-person instruction or tutoring services as part of the Course.
  3. Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall commence on the date of acceptance and shall continue until the Student completes the Course or terminates the Agreement by providing written notice to the Course Provider.
  4. Fees and Payment. The Student shall pay the Course fee as specified in the Course description. All fees are non-refundable.
  5. Intellectual Property. The Student acknowledges and agrees that the Course Provider owns all intellectual property rights in and to the Course, including but not limited to the course materials, videos, and other resources. The Student shall not reproduce, distribute, or share any portion of the Course without the prior written consent of the Course Provider.
  6. Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Student shall immediately cease access to the Course.
  7. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
  8. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
