Client Service Agreement

This Services Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by Paying Attendee (the "Client") and SoulWork & Six Figures, Stephanie Heath, D/B/A Asone, or Allie Berry (the "Career Coach") on the date of acceptance of this Agreement.

  1. Purpose of Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Career Coach will provide the Client with an Elevate™ Job Search Burnout Energy Clearing Session.
  2. Scope of Services. The Career Coach will provide the Client with a one-time, one-hour session via video call to work through the Client's career blocks through energy work.
  3. Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall commence on the date of acceptance and shall continue until the Session is completed.
  4. Fees and Payment. The Client is required to pay $80.00 for an Elevate™ Job Search Burnout Energy Clearing Session.
  5. Confidentiality. The Career Coach agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Client's personal and career information discussed during the Session.
  6. Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client shall not be entitled to any further Sessions with the Career Coach.
  7. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
  8. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date wherein the consultation has been scheduled.
