Client Service Agreement

Services Agreement for "Search Renewal Session or Power Hour" Virtual Career Coaching Session

This services agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on the date of acceptance by the Client and by SoulWork & Six Figures, Stephanie Heath, D/B/A Asone, a company providing career coaching services ("Coach").

  1. Purpose of Services: The purpose of the "Power Hour" virtual career coaching session is to provide the below services but not limited to the below services: 
    1. Review, critique, and improve the Client's LinkedIn profile and resume and receive actionable edits.
    2. and/or a tailored application and networking strategy. 
    3. The session can also include a plan on how to increase the Client's interview requests and/ or help with writing cold messages.
    4. The session can also be used to mock interview Client.
  2. Term of Services: The "Power Hour" virtual career coaching session will take place on a mutually agreed upon date and time and will last for a duration of one hour.
  3. Payment: The fee for the "Power Hour" virtual career coaching session is during the scheduling process. Payment is due in full prior to the time of booking. There will be no refunds given for any reason.
  4. Confidentiality: The Coach agrees to maintain confidentiality and not disclose any information shared by the Client during the coaching session, except as required by law.
  5. Disclaimer: The Coach is not a licensed therapist or counselor, and the coaching relationship is not a therapeutic one. The Coach will not diagnose or treat any mental health issues. If the Client is in need of therapeutic services, the Coach will recommend seeking out a licensed therapist.
  6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason.

 

By paying for this service, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understand the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and agree to be bound by them.
